Breakfast: Apple & Cinnamon Overnight Oats

A comforting blend of apple and cinnamon, perfectly balanced for a deliciously creamy and nourishing start to your day.

Ingredients
60g rolled oats
20g True Protein WPI 90 in French Vanilla
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp granulated stevia
1/2 an apple, grated
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup low-fat Greek yoghurt
Method
- Add all the ingredients, except Greek yoghurt, into a bowl and mix until combined.
- Spoon the oat mixture into a glass jar then place into the fridge overnight.
- Top with Greek yoghurt and sprinkle with cinnamon before eating, enjoy!
