Ingredients

1 cup ice

1/2 cup Kirkland Signature Organic Strawberries

30g True Protein WPI 90 in Rich Chocolate

1 tsp Rodelle Gourmet Baking Cocoa Powder

1 tsp Stevia In The Raw Zero Calorie Sweetener Portion Packets

1 tbsp low-fat cream cheese

1/2 cup skim milk

1 sugar-free shortbread biscuit, crushed

Method

  1. Place all ingredients, except the shortbread, into a blender and mix on high until smooth and creamy. Pour into desired glass and sprinkle over the shortbread, enjoy!
