\nIdeal for cooking small batches of specialty foods, the MoTak FF50LP economy fryer measures 151/2 inches wide by 30 inches deep?ideal for locations with tight kitchens. Two nickel-plated baskets are included for quick setup and are fitted with PVC-coated handles to prevent burns. Great for medium-volume frying, this unit can hold 50 pounds of oil at a time.
\nThe fry tank of the MoTak FF50LP gas fryer is made of stainless steel, a durable and corrosion-resistant metal. A cool zone at the bottom of the tank collects stray particles, preventing them from burning and ruining the quality of the oil. The millivolt controls behind the cabinet door enable users to alter the oil temperature between 200 and 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
