The rust- and corrosion-resistant MoTak M1000D commercial microwave oven is made of strong stainless steel and fits atop most counter surfaces. Ideal for most kitchen settings, the unit's 1-cubic-foot capacity provides plenty of space for versatile food prep. While this microwave oven only has a single power level, it has an adjustable dial control that can be set to a maximum of 8 minutes. For added simplicity, the control display lights up to heighten visibility during long shifts.

The MoTak M1000D countertop unit is paired with a glass door so line cooks can view the food within during operation. This door functions with flexible latches to minimize wear through routine opening and closing, and it's adorned with a large, comfortable metal handle. After a time is set and the food is placed inside, this microwave oven cooks food before its audible alarm alerts cooks that the cycle is complete. Once the door is open, an interlock system activates to shut power off, decreasing energy usage when the unit is not in use.
