MoTak MGR24-T 24" Gas Griddle w/ Thermostatic Controls - 3/4" Steel Plate, Convertible

The MoTak MGR24-T gas griddle heats product with two natural-gas powered burners, which can be converted to LP gas. These burners heat evenly with a probe that senses temperature drops, providing quick recovery to ensure product is moist and has a large yield. Operating from 200 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit with thermostatic temperature controls, the griddle plate is 0.75 inch thick to retain heat and resist warping during repeated temperature changes.

Grease is contained by the backsplash and side splashes, then pushed into the grease trough and sent to the removable grease pan for simplified cleaning. To protect operators, the MoTak MGR24-T gas griddle has an extended front edge that stays cool to the touch. Its stainless steel legs are adjustable to maintain stability and have a non-skid design for countertop protection.
