Although the MoTak MGR36 griddle ships standard as a natural gas unit, it can be converted to accommodate LP gas with the included kit. Great for cooking eggs, bacon, sausage, or pancakes, it features a 20¹⁷?₂₅-inch-wide by 35³⁹?₅₀-inch-deep cooking area with a ³?₄-inch-thick griddle plate that heats evenly. Under the cooking surface, three U-shaped burners are spaced 6 inches apart with a quick-on design that maintains generated heat by adjusting the heat when the probes sense a temperature drop. This mechanism minimizes lag times associated with reheating while expediting the cooking process. For simple operation, operators can modify the burners' heat with the manual temperature knobs.

With a double-wall construction and insulated sides, the MoTak MGR36 gas griddle retains heat, while the extended front edge remains cool to the touch for user safety; its nonskid legs adjust to maintain stability on countertops. This 35²¹?₂₅-inch-wide by 29⁶?₂₅-inch-deep by 15⁴?₂₅-inch-tall unit is fitted with nonskid legs that can be raised or lowered on uneven countertops. \nTo simplify the cleaning process, the 4-inch backsplash and side splashes contain grease, directing it to the 3¹?₂-inch-wide front grease trough and into the removable grease pan.
