Enabling operators to transport it for maintenance or wheel it out for cleaning, the MoTak MMC34-X milk cooler is mounted on 4-inch casters. It?s equipped with a centrally located bottom floor drain to facilitate water removal, and its condenser coil is accessible for cleaning or service.
