The MoTak MR10-C-S-3 gas range features 12-inch-by-12-inch cast iron grates that cover (10) 30,000-BTU Planck cast iron burners. These burners have corresponding pilot lights, so users don't have to ignite each burner during slow periods. To cook different dishes at different heat levels, the burners also have individual adjustable flame control knobs. For simple cleaning, the burner heads can be lifted off, and the crumb tray under the top burners collects grease and debris during cooking. For durability, the frame is made of resilient steel, while the front is made of corrosion-, rust, dent-, and scratch-resistant stainless steel. A 243?4-inch-tall backriser protects nearby areas from hot pops of oil, and its top shelf can accommodate small pieces of kitchen equipment.
\nThe base of the MoTak MR10-C-S-3 commercial range is comprised of two full-size ovens, each of which accommodates full-size sheet pans on their two removable, adjustable oven racks. The ovens can be set from 200 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit to bake, broil, and roast various dishes. Operators can simply load and retrieve pans by opening the compression-spring door, while its handle remains cool to the touch for user safety. This 60-inch-wide by 3214?25-inch-deep by 137?10-inch-tall unit is positioned on three locking casters and three non-locking casters to simplify repositioning when cleaning or servicing is needed.
