The MoTak MR10-G24-C-S gas range is built with six top burners, a griddle, and two full-size base ovens, eliminating the need to purchase separate pieces of equipment. The durable cast iron burners each output 30,000 BTUs and feature individual standing pilot lights so specific sections of the unit can be used simultaneously at different heat levels. By using the push-in knob, staff can adjust burner heat from low to high, and for even heat distribution, 12-inch by 12-inch cast iron top grates sit atop the burners and can be removed when cleaning is required. To further simplify cleaning, it's built with a removable crumb tray.
\nThe range's griddle measures 2317?20 inches wide to accommodate eggs, bacon, sausage, and pancakes. Its 3?4-inch-thick griddle plate withstands repeated heating and cooling without warping and evenly distributes heat to minimize temperature fluctuations. The stainless steel U-shaped burner provides heat every 6 inches, and there's a control valve every 12 inches. To contain pops of oil and other messes, 4-inch-tall shields are welded onto the griddle's sides. For durability in the range's top section, the front, backriser and shelf are made of rigid, rust-, dent-, and scratch-resistant stainless steel.
\nThe MoTak MR10-G24-C-S gas range's base is comprised of two full-size ovens that can be set between 200 and 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Each oven includes two removable, adjustable oven racks to accommodate various dishes. While the ovens' doors and sides are made of steel, their 2622?25-inch-wide by 254?5-inch-deep by 134?5-inch-tall interiors are lined with porcelain that can simply be wiped clean. For user safety, the spring-loaded doors feature cool-to-the-touch stainless steel handles. These ovens are fitted with six casters?three locking and three non-locking?to simplify wheeling the unit out of the way for cleaning and maintenance.
